Issue
On some DHCP servers, if
NumSecondsfield is not set (=0) in Discovery packet, DHCP server won't answer.I found a discussion mentionning this field in #530
Fix
Register client creation date and set
NumSecondsfield according to seconds elapsed since DHCP process startup, as mentionned in RFC 2131 - 4.4.1
