…rkflow Switch checkout and setup-node to the org's pinned composite wrappers (intenthq/github-actions/.github/actions/...@v4). Inputs are unchanged; the wrappers re-export upstream inputs and pin SHAs via Renovate. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
