Setup gcloud for uploading dialogflow agent

Download & Install gcloud from here

https://cloud.google.com/sdk/downloads

Link gcloud with your agent

Command gcloud login.
Get YOUR_SERVICE_ACCOUNT_KEY.json from Google Developer Console with IAM permission of Dialogflow API Client from here: https://console.cloud.google.com/iam-admin/serviceaccounts?project=YOUR_PROJECT_ID
Currently our active Service Account name is DialogFlow Agent Upload Service Account.
Command gcloud auth activate-service-account --key-file=YOUR_SERVICE_ACCOUNT_KEY.json.
