Feature
This PR updates the title of the OPDS catalog to simply "Open Library". The previous longer title could create weird formatting, and makes it difficult for the client to provide it's own presentation. For example, imagine your client wants to preface every OPDS feed with "Welcome to X". The title would then become "Welcome to Welcome to Open Library".
