Description

Removes the unused ia_loaded_id Solr field as part of the cleanup effort in #11586.

Changes

Removed field from [conf/solr/conf/managed-schema.xml]
Removed type from [openlibrary/solr/solr_types.py]
Removed processing from [build_legacy_ia_fields()]
