🐞 Bug Fix / Improvement

TemplateManager now uses logging instead of print statements.
TemplateManager raises meaningful errors if template is missing.
Template paths are now resolved relative to file location.
ResumeEvaluator fixed 'raise this' bug and added JSON parsing safety.
Improved logging for both classes.

✅ Testing

Manual tests with mock resume content.
Verified templates load and render properly.

🔍 Impact

Prevents silent failures and crashes.
Better error visibility and maintainability.
