datastreams: add ror-http to funders and affiliations

Description

Adds the ability to use the ror-http reader from the command line (e.g. pipenv run invenio vocabularies import --vocabulary funders --origin ror-http). Having this option available lets administrators easily update vocabularies independent of the jobs system (the jobs don't seem to be working at the moment).
