Fix scan_topdir() to not count dot files/directories against max allowed. Updated MKIOCCCENTRY_VERSION to "2.0.4 2025-04-24". Typo fix in txzchk.1.

It addresses the issue #1250. The comment you refer to is the one I opened up later in the day and thought of a possible solution. |
