Use the fastest apt mirror #4
Description
The dockerfile currently uses the default apt mirror to extract and install libaries.
The default mirror might no tbe the fastest to access as is most probably located outside the UK, this could slowdown docker build.
Find a way to automatically get the fastet apt mirror
