Additional provider cache tests.
The test
TestReal, when enabled, will look at the number of providers fetched from an http source and the number cached. It then fetches from a second source and does the same comparison. This test can be used to ensure that all the providers fetched appear in the provider cache.The results from the different sources can also be compared, which is useful if they are really the same sourced, but accessed through different paths.
