What do you mean with tokenized link ?

The link you provided contains a token, which is a sort of "timebomb" to the stream. Once the token is expired, the link won't work anymore. There's also a possibility of IP-lock, meaning the token is bound to your IP and can't be used by someone else.

I cannot follow. The stream is fully working in VLC Player. What's wrong with it ?

The token might expire, or be IP-locked, meaning only you can watch it.

Usually, seeing "token" or "md5" usually indicates that there's a tokenized stream. Even further, if you stumble upon a JWT token (beginning with ey), it's a step further, but it would still indicate tokenization of said stream.
