GPU-free ABI-surface check: dlopen libamdhip64 under test and assert it exports the recent extended HIP entry points (hipDrvLaunchKernelEx@hip_6.5, hipGetFuncBySymbol, hipStreamBatchMemOp, hipMemGetHandleForAddressRange, hipMemcpyBatchAsync, and the external-memory trio). Presence only: the symbols are not called, since their argument contracts differ and on a real implementation invoking them generically would be undefined behavior. HRX bring-up regression test (tag
[nightly]) paired with ROCm/hrx-system#54.GPU-free: dlopen the HIP binding under test and assert all 8 nightly versioned symbols (
hipDrvLaunchKernelEx,hipGetFuncBySymbol, ... the external-memory trio) are exported AND returnhipErrorNotSupported. Discriminating — fails on a binding without the stubs, passes with the fix. Verified against the HRX binding on MI300X (17 assertions).Draft: encodes HRX-specific stub behavior that exists once #54 lands (against stock ROCm those symbols are real implementations). Mark ready once the paired fix is in.
