[Question] Is it possible to change the ground mesh after running the sim?

I am working on an setup where the robot changes the shape of the ground (raise it or lower it in some regions) and I was wondering if I can change the mesh of the ground in those regions and capture these changes with a raycaster or the isaac sim lidar.
