removed stale code
It tourned out that Events have been ATSchemaExtend-ed in the isaw.policy. So Implemented beavior and customized migration script for events.

Extend migration.cfg
and run the script:
bin/client1 run scripts/migrateAT.pyI had to disable an adapter to make the migration converge
