Hi @johnnynunez can you combine your 3 PyTorch and TF update PRs in to a single PR? This makes testing CI in the Open3D repo easy.
Also, we will need to use TF 2.20 for now, since 2.21 is not released yet. Otherwise we cannot merge it till its actually released.

The requirements.txt specifies torch==2.10, but Open3D requires torch 2.2 — is this expected / intentional?

where said that requieres 2.2? Open3d wheels are not published in pypi yet... we are fixing CI.
I think that when all will be green we can upgrade to 0.20.0 @ssheorey
