I am currently a master's student in Laboratory of Computational Genomics of IQB at UTokyo under Prof.Ryuichiro NAKATO's supervision.

My research is centered on the AI for Biomedicine, which is the intersection of computational genomics and artificial intelligence. I am passionate about developing and applying sophisticated deep learning algorithms to analyze large-scale omics data. More pecifically, the core of my work is focusing on patient stratification, phenotype prediction and single cell perturbation prediction tasks to achieve precision medicine. Aside from above, I am also interested in agent study, where I hope to build agents to accelerate the discovery of science (maybe we could discuss if you are also into it!).

I am new to this area, but I am excited to take challenges.
