Hi @rahulworld ,
to publish your istsos3 plugin please fork this repository: https://github.com/istSOS/istsos3-unit-conversion
and add the code of your plugin then execute a pull request.

Here an example of another plugin for istsos3: https://github.com/istSOS/istsos3-fastinsert-plugin
