Summary

Aligns the Italian translation with the normative English specification (content parity)
and fixes broken/inconsistent cross-references.

Changes

Restore missing paragraphs, table rows and glossary terms in the IT docs; remove
IT-only content not present in EN.
Fix incorrect normative values and stale references (e.g. 0x0F, RPR/PPR/WP test-case
refs, error-code tables, X.509 subject-name table).
Convert custom/explicit labels to autolabel :ref: and align all :ref: targets
between IT and EN (English titles in EN files, Italian titles in IT files).
Remove obsolete/unused labels.
