- Add default_app_config to package module for compatibility
with Django < 3.2
That's would be the final solution in the cases where the destination attribute would be absent

Remove dependency from patched pysaml2:
adding a patch module with minimal changes required for spid-django. The patches are applied when the app is ready
and can be disabled one by one.
