Adding connection profiles for MEGA S4 object storage

Only the profile for eu-central-2 has set s3.bucket.virtualhost.disable=true. Is this intended?

The profiles have all available regions listed under the key Regions. This will allow creating buckets for regions other than the dedicated profile. Accessing this bucket with the given profile is probably not possible. Is this intended?

It was an error, fixed in the next commit.

It is intended. S4 buckets are multi-region. They are accessible from any region
