Adding statistics generation notebook for clinical parameters of the TUM dataset

This PR adds a Jupyter notebook used to merge the clinical statistics in various files of the tum cohort for this study. It includes several parameters, such as:

• Diagnosis of each patient
• EDSS scores at baseline and follow-up
• Patient age at baseline and follow-up
• Lesion load and number
• Since clinical parameters are sensitive data points, we cannot provide the cohort's CSV files.
