Scripts for segmentation model of T2w and MP2RAGE C2-T1 dorsal and ventral rootlets and spinal-vertebral level correspondence analysis
This is a release of the improved scripts for segmentation model (added cross-validation scripts) and spinal-vertebral level correspondence analysis (including RMSD, Bland-Altman analysis and level sizes estimations).
NOTE: As the final segmentation model, we use model-spinal-rootlets_mp2rage_r20250318 from previous release without any changes. This model provides semantic (i.e., level-specific) segmentation of dorsal and ventral nerve rootlets C2-T1 from MP2RAGE and T2w data.
