T2w and MP2RAGE C2-T1 dorsal and ventral rootlets

This is a release of the model-spinal-rootlets_mp2rage_r20250318 model providing semantic (i.e., level-specific) segmentation of dorsal and ventral nerve rootlets C2-T1 from MP2RAGE and T2w data. The orientation of the input image is expected to be RPI (right-posterior-inferior).
This model can segment nerve rootlets from MP2RAGE (INV1, INV2, UNIT1) and T2w contrasts. In this release, the nnUNet output structure is kept intact.

What's Changed

The model now segments:

  • dorsal and ventral rootlets
  • C2-T1 levels
  • T2w and MP2RAGE contrasts
