sage-drg v0.9

This release adds better support for general association schemes, in particular Q-polynomial schemes. The feasibility checking framework has been reworked to allow for more general checks.

This is the initial release supporting:

• feasibility checking for parameters of distance-regular graphs
• triple intersection number computation for parameters of arbitrary association schemes
• checking for forbidden quadruples given parameters of an association scheme which do not depend on a variable
