This adds an xkb layout file for zbalermorna. Consonants and vowels are mapped from their latin to zlm equivalents, with both h and ' standing for , tilde for stretch, exclamation mark for stress, hyphen for silence, comma for slakabu, and the numbers 1-4 for tones.
