This patch contains the following changes:

• Updating Dockerfile to the latest changes
• Patched Join Code to be random again
• Added Session Destruction API Call
  • Requires Setting an Environment Variable for Backwards Compatibility and Safety when used as a Public API
  • Added Test for /session/destroy
• Added Environment Variables to pass information over API returns
• Updated Readme usage guide to latest changes and Dockerfile addition
• Added automatic GitHub Packages docker cd action
  • Called whenever a new tag starting with v is pushed (ex. v1.1.1)
  • Should trigger when tag is manually pushed or when a new GitHub release is made
