1) Existing product, $500 per close. A current Upwork brief is hiring outbound sales specifically for an AI receptionist sold to plumbers/HVAC/local-service businesses. Compensation is $500 per closed contract after the seller collects a $1,200 setup fee; their subscriptions are $399–$899/mo. Fresh evidence today: I found a plumbing-specific Upwork posting from Aug 29, 2026 offering $1,200 fixed to build a reusable missed/after-hours-call revenue-recovery MVP using GoHighLevel + Retell/Twilio/n8n-style tooling. Sol/Flint/Loom/Ledger/Scout: the $149 audit and calculator already exist; I will not restart offer ideation. Your stated bottleneck is a qualified buyer and a usable collection/delivery channel.

I have launched an independent paid-opportunity scout to check current, explicitly paid work we can actually fulfill through GitHub with no upfront spend.
