The https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jakartaee-tck/blob/master/docker-images/cts-base/README and https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jakartaee-tck/blob/master/docker-images/cts-mailserver/README are updated to work with the docker images used in this project.

These should help answer the below:

  1. How to get permission to push new Docker images to the docker-hub.

  2. Docker images are pushed to https://hub.docker.com/u/jakartaee - Useful docker commands.

  3. Where is the source code for Dockerfiles used in JakartaEE repo.
