Set the timeout parameter for lighthouse cli:

 with:
      url: 'https://jarv.is/'
      # [optional] The timeout (in milliseconds) to wait before the page is considered done loading and the run should continue. 
      # If not set the default value is 30000
      wait_for_load: 180000
