Adding two AI-powered developer tools to the CI/CD & Testing Automation section:
eval-harness - Behavior-regression testing for LLM agent skills with 4-class attribution (SKILL_CHANGED, FIXTURE_STALE, MODEL_CHANGED, UNKNOWN_DRIFT), 6-field FAIL schema, and GitHub Action for CI integration.
OhMyPerf - Web performance measurement tool with Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS), Lighthouse audits, and AI-powered fix suggestions with statistical significance testing.
