Description

I previously closed PR #756 because the project was mock-data only. It now has real API integrations via a local Node server, so I'm re-submitting.

Add Quota Dashboard to the Usage Analytics & Cost Tracking section.

It's a local-only, privacy-first web dashboard for real-time AI subscription quota across Claude Code Max, Kimi, and Z.ai. Instead of sending API keys to a hosted service, the app runs a small local Node server (npm start, zero runtime dependencies); the browser sends tokens to localhost, and the server calls the provider APIs. Tokens live only in memory and are never written to disk, logs, or localStorage.
