Description

Adds Skillpress to the Agent Infrastructure -> Configuration & Context Management section.

Skillpress is an open-source CLI for syncing portable Agent Skills directories across Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, and other agent surfaces. It installs full skill directories, renders provider-specific layouts, records install manifests, and reports drift so teams can keep agent guidance current across the tools where developers actually work.

This fits the list as a developer-focused AI agent infrastructure utility: it does not replace coding agents, but gives teams a package-manager style way to keep their agent skills and rules available across multiple coding environments.

Checklist
