Add octomux to Multi-Agent Orchestration

Adds octomux to Agent Infrastructure → Multi-Agent Orchestration — a local developer tool for running parallel Claude Code and Cursor agents, each in its own git worktree, with a unified permission inbox, a live monitor grid, and in-app diff review. Local-first, MIT.

It's a developer tool (not a general-purpose agent/framework), appended to the section in the existing - [Name](url) — Description format. Thanks for maintaining the list!
