WIP VLEBooks

Currently working on VLEBooks due to my institutional library's subscription with them.

While developing it, I noted a few more general plugin improvements I'd like to make:

Tier 1:

• Auto-ordering books, if there's an obvious heuristic. In VLEBooks' case, book images are named by page number so this is a doddle.

Tier 2:

• Improved image reviewer UI; at the moment it's hard to properly review things.

Tier 3:

• OCR for images.
• Auto-extract all pages — e.g. scroll through the book, do the thing, maybe an in-page UI that guides you through what's happening.
• Zotero integration — would be grand to press a single button and the whole thing gets done and sent into your reference manager.
