I have rebased this PR. I still think this fix is worth considering. The use case is people who refresh the transaction page in this block explorer to see if it reached 3 or 6 confirmations to know if a deposit is successful or a Lightning channel is now active etc. |

Agree I want this. Just need to find some time to be thoughtful about reviewing and merging. Thanks for the bump. |

This is a fix for issue #189
Now even with cache enabled the transaction confirmation count will increase when the user refreshes the page.
