Adds automatic displaying of new blocks on the home page.
Implemented with AJAX and long polling. The interval is 5 seconds at the moment, but can be configured to be longer or shorter.
Additional features
There is still one bug left in this commit, which is that the radials don't display the correct weight but instead always show 0. I don't know what is causing this so if someone knows whats going on some help would be very much appreciated.
