Hi Jansen, first I would like to thank you for the great work, it helped me a lot.
As a way of gratitude I want to give my contribution, I just changed the call to the medianFilterImage() method that was deprecated in version 3.4.4 of the ImageMagick extension.
The result of what I did is identical to that of medianFilterImage(), since both calculate the median of the pixels in the defined area.
In addition, I also added some structures according to PSR-12.
Some implicit conversions also generated deprecation warnings, I solved them.
