This is necessary to produce a managable implementation of interfaces that must be used when building a VS2017 editor.
Previously the change was using references from VS2017U3 (preview). This ended up causing some breaks because types moved around in the assemblies.
VS 2017 once again changed APIs without changing version numbers. This breaks my ability to test on update 3.
