As of commander v8, the options are no longer present on commander itself; they are only available through commander.opts().

Without this change, the options
template,cssandmarkedare ignored in Docco 0.9+. I discovered this while trying to recompile the annotated sources of Underscore.@jashkenas Note that I did not yet recompile the
docco.js.
