Anyone opposed to me reviewing this, resolving conflicts, and merging in if all is well? Having the same issue and this would be a really convenient solution to the hack I have in place. |

Added an option to disable adding a margin-top to the body, because it caused unwanted behaviour. Perhaps other people experience this as well, and this setting resolves that.
