The detached local-monitor launcher redirects sidecar stdout/stderr to
logs/local_monitor.{out,err}.log so crashes are diagnosable after the
console is gone (the 2026-06-11 14:44 instance died with no trace).
Keep the runtime logs out of version control alongside /log/.

logs/local_monitor.{out,err}.logso the next silent death (the 14:44 instance today died with no trace) is diagnosable. Keep that directory untracked, alongside the existing/log/.Config-only repo change; no code touched, no tests affected.
