internet-connection now allows the output location to be changed through the Web UI or through config.toml, using variables

By using variables, the location of the label can be changed by using the Web UI or by directly changing config.toml in order to avoid hard coding it.
Also provided the values for config.toml so that it will not lead to text overlapping when bluetooth tethering is enabled at the same time
