Add code to calculate setting-specific contact matrices by fitting zero-inflated negative binomial distributions to school, work, and other contacts, and Poisson distributions to home contacts. Script for fitting setting-specific contact matrices is in
r/analyses/run_calculate_setting_specific_contact_matrices.Rand for plotting them is inr/presentation/setting_specific_contact_matrix_plots.R. Changes to the fitting code are incalc_cm.R,fitting_functions.Randfunctions.Runderr/functions/.
