The install script runs the commands that are in the Debian Install.pdf guide.

I need to do some more work on the ScoutsCanada theme for Cubs, Lairs (instead of Dens), etc. but it's a start in the most notable areas.

Even though it's a small pull request, I think it's mixing two unrelated things together. If you really want to go forward with both things, could you please split them into two pull requests?

In order for someone to make use of the shell script for Debian install, someone would have to find the script on GitHub, then either pull the source to their host, or copy the contents of the script into a new script, and then run that. It's hard for me to imagine that work flow getting a lot of use.

If there aren't grade-specific icons, would it make more sense to replicate the ScoutsCanada emblem image for each of the centuries?

Do you really want the "It starts with Scouts." tag line, or just the emblem on its own?
