With the update, the error now becomes:

[ERR] Error processing request. URL "POST" "/Library/FileOrganizations/c02cce3f04471059eaf25536f00cdb8d/Episode/Organize".
System.Exception: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
   at AutoOrganize.Core.FileOrganizationService.PerformOrganization(EpisodeFileOrganizationRequest request)
