Date ranges should work once jellyfin/jellyfin/pull/15820 (approved) have been merged. Works fine with local testing.

Changes
Added support for backend filters and sorting in Activity page.
Multi-sort required more changes to the backend which have not been approved jellyfin/jellyfin/pull/15820
Disabled the regular search bar as there is no search support in the backend in my opinion it is redundant as well. I have not fully removed the code yet though.
This relies on code from the unstable backend build.
Edit: Works well, however the unstable SDK have not been updated yet.
