This implements RFC 8607 CalDAV Managed Attachments, allowing calendar clients like macOS Calendar.app to add attachments to events. Key features: - POST method for attachment operations (add, update, remove) - GET method for attachment retrieval Attachments are stored in the .attachments directory. Fixes #166
