Fixes #743 where cutting the section out didn't go smoothly. Due to keyframes being present making the cuts appear in the wrong place.
We fix this by adding
--force-keyframe-at-cutsso the video is re-encoded and proper keyframes are added around cuts.This does mean it gets a little slower, but that's a tradeoff we have to make.
