Overview:
This PR resolves critical consistency failures on the "Contributor Spotlight" page. I have refactored the initial section to establish a fluid, responsive baseline that can be scaled across the rest of the GSoC project page.
Key Changes:
-> Logo: Reduced logo height while maintaining aspect ratio to prevent distortion.
-> Background: Implemented a 65dvh height for the background cover to ensure it scales perfectly with dynamic screen sizes.

I implemented this fix on the first section to propose a clean structural pattern. Upon your review and approval of this baseline, I am ready to rapidly apply these responsive standards to the remaining sections of the page.
