Add support for dotnet build type for remote translation

Add support for dotnet build type for remote translation. Fix minor bugs related to help filenames.

Testing done

I tested and verified all features and fixes on my own Jenkins demo environment (Linux). Please contact me if you would like access to verify the changes.
